What we do!

At ca com, we serve quality sandwiches delivered in banh mi rolls. Our sandwiches take influence from the French, the Vietnamese and the Laotians. We believe in an all-access pass so we also serve rice noodle bowls for those who are not friends with gluten.
Items on our menu include Lao pork sausage, turmeric chicken, cold cuts, sardines, eggs and a seasonal vegetable banh mi (currently spiced pumpkin). Yes, these all go into our banh mi and noodle bowls.

Catering boxes of banh mi and noodle bowls, ready to go. A chef (or three!) on site cooking for you in a backyard while you and your guests recover from last night’s shenanigans.
