Who we are

ca com was a lockdown detour that turned into a little bricks-and-mortar shop servicing the community on Bridge Road. We serve quality sandwiches delivered in banh mi rolls during the day.

Bread and butter…

Our sandwiches take influence from the French, the Vietnamese and the Laotians. A baguette roll sliced open and filled with spreads, pickles and proteins. Mayo, red curry paste, garlic sauce; sai oua (Lao pork sausage), house made charcuterie, sardines. Taking a cue from Vietnamese cuisine, we choose to feature seasonal vegetables for our vegetarian option. We have cycled through asparagus, summer’s best tomatoes, autumnal mushrooms and the crowd favourite that is spiced pumpkin.
